This website is run for Heyaansh Industries Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U22203TN2024PTC175603), with its office in Anna Nagar, Chennai. Heyaansh Industries is responsible for the personal information described here. Our UK and Europe sales contact, Vik Mundkur, handles enquiries on its behalf.
For any privacy question, email vik@heyaansh.in.
We only collect what you choose to send us when you make an enquiry by email, WhatsApp, phone or the quote form: your name, company, email address, phone number, country and the details of your requirement.
When you press Send enquiry, the details you entered are sent to our customer-relationship system (HubSpot) so we can reply. If you choose WhatsApp instead, your enquiry opens in your own WhatsApp app and nothing reaches us until you press Send there.
We do this because it is necessary to respond to your request and to take steps before entering into a contract with you, and because we have a legitimate interest in developing business relationships with trade buyers.
Your enquiry is shared with our production and sales team at Heyaansh Industries in India so they can prepare your quotation. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. We use HubSpot, a customer-relationship system hosted in the EU, and standard business email to manage enquiries. We do not sell your information.
Because our manufacturing team is in India, your information will be transferred outside the UK and European Economic Area. We only share what is needed to deal with your enquiry or order.
We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact with you, and order records for as long as needed to meet accounting and tax obligations.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email vik@heyaansh.in. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EU, you can contact your local data protection authority.
